Old Mutual is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in the retail mass market segment. This strategic leadership role involves coaching sales advisors, driving growth, and creating meaningful customer and business impact in a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution strategy across your region
  • Lead, develop and coach a team of financial sales advisors to achieve sales targets
  • Own and manage branch-level budgets, productivity and performance
  • Identify coordinated sales opportunities and unlock new business channels
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance and customer value delivery

Qualifications

  • Matric (Gr 12) and relevant qualifications
  • FSCA Approved Qualification
  • FAIS compliant with COB and CPD credentials across relevant product categories (B1, B2, Retail Pension Benefit)
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
